How comes they can see their own death and prevent themselves going up in a fiery conflagration - but cannot see or prevent their friend's deaths in fiery conflagration after they SAVED their lives?

The addition or subtraction of 'The' from the film title does not maketh a new film. And adding 3D does not maketh it an enjoyable cinematic experience.
